Усі постачальники повинні погодитися дотримуватися вимог правил, правила, правила та умови, встановлені Робочою групою «Gold Dust Days», Торговою палатою Sky Valley, City of Gold Bar, департаментом шерифа округу Снохоміш та пожежним районом округу Снохоміш №26.

Співробітники служби безпеки або правоохоронні органи Gold Dust Days видалять із заходу будь-кого, хто не дотримується викладених правил, норм, політики та умов, або будь-кого, хто не співпрацює з координаторами заходу та/або місцевими правоохоронними органами. Будь-кому, кого було виключено з події з будь-якої причини, не буде повернуто кошти.

Враховуючи прийняття цієї заявки, постачальник погоджується зберегти та захистити робочу групу постачальників Gold Dust Days, усіх спонсорів Gold Dust Days, Торгову палату Sky Valley, City of Gold Bar, департамент шерифа округу Снохоміш, Пожежний район №26 округу Сногоміш (включно з усіма посадовими особами та агентами агентств, як зазначено вище), від будь-якої травми або втрати/пошкодження, включаючи крадіжку будь-яких осіб або майна, спричинених роботою підрозділу заявника у зв’язку з діяльністю Gold Dust Days, і надалі погоджується захищати зазначене агентства та місто від будь-яких претензій щодо такої шкоди.

PARTICIPANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Attn: Return of the Salmon Celebration, P.O. Box 46, Sultan, WA 98294,

Before Friday, September 4, 2026.

If applicable, recovery charges of $35 will be collected for each returned check.
All booth requests will be honored to the best of our ability on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Return of the Salmon Celebration hours of operation are Saturday from 10:00 am to 4 pm. Set up is from 8-9:45 am. All vendors/information tables are asked to have booths set up Saturday morning and vehicles removed to designated vendor parking at the Sultan Middle School lot by 9:45 am. Please be courteous to others and have your vehicle unloaded and moved as quickly as possible. You may be asked to move your vehicle if it is blocking traffic or others.
All booths must remain set up until 4:00 pm, when we close the event—this includes information-only booths.
All vendors, please include a list of proposed items to be sold in your booth with your application. Be specific and include everything you plan to sell. Anything not on your inventory list may be subject to removal.
Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and loud music are not allowed in the vicinity of your booth.
Booths and contents remain your responsibility.
All participants are to provide their chairs, tables, and displays. No pop-ups under the covered area.
All participants must agree to comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and conditions set forth by the Return of the Salmon Celebration Committee, Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, City of Sultan, Sultan Police Department, and Snohomish County Fire District #5.
In consideration of the acceptance of this application, the vendor agrees to save and hold harmless the Return of the Salmon Celebration Committee, all event sponsors, the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, the City of Sultan, the Sultan Police Department, Snohomish County Fire District #5 (including all officers, employees, and agents for the above-mentioned agencies), from any injury, or loss/damage, including theft to any persons or property caused by operation of applicant’s unit in connection with Return of the Salmon Celebration activities, and further agrees to defend said agencies and City from any claims for such damage.
Please sign the bottom of the vendor application acknowledging that you have read these rules and regulations and you agree to abide by them. Rules are subject to change without notice.
