4.      Booth Requests: We will honor all booth requests on a first-come, first-served basis. The organizers will assign the final booth locations. Please check in with the event manager to receive your location.

5.      Tour Locations: Tour locations will also be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The committee will do its best to accommodate location requests, but it reserves the right to assign vendors to different locations as needed.

6.      Setup and Event Times:

Crafters Setup: Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM

Event Time:

Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

7.      Vendor Commitment: Vendors must commit to staying until the event closes each day. Vendors who pack up early will not be invited to participate in future Holiday Markets. Additionally, vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and parking in designated Vendor Parking areas.

8.      Application Requirements: All vendors must include a photo of their booth with their application (unless you are a returning vendor with the same setup) and a menu or list of proposed items to be sold. Please be specific and include everything you plan to sell, as items not on your inventory list may be subject to removal.

9.      Booth Space: Vendors are provided with space only. Standard booth sizes are 6’ x 6’ at smaller host locations and 8’ x 8’ at larger host locations. Vendors must provide their own chairs, tables, and displays. We prefer one booth space per vendor to increase the variety of merchandise. If you require a larger space, please discuss it with the organizers. Due to the popularity and constraints of location space, there is a limit to the number of vendors we can accommodate at each stop.

10.  To ensure we present a neat, professional appearance and allow easy movement throughout the space, please remove any extra items and bins from your setup area and place them in your vehicle if they cannot fit under your table.

11.   Power Outlets: Power outlets will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, as limited outlets are available.

12.   Health Permits for Food Vendors: All food vendors are responsible for obtaining their own health permits from the Snohomish County Health Department (located in Everett, WA). This includes food handler permits as well as event/show permits. The Health Department will conduct inspections during the event, so please be prepared. Due to infectious disease concerns, every food vendor application must include a certificate of insurance with the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce named as an additional loss payee. This must be on file for participation in the event.

13.   Prohibited Items: No alcoholic beverages or loud music will be allowed near your booth.

14.   Booth Responsibility: Booths and their contents are your responsibility. We do not recommend leaving valuable items in your booth overnight, as security is provided but limited. When in doubt, take it out.

15.  Professional Conduct: Vendors must be courteous and professional towards event officials, attendees, and other vendors. We take pride in the wonderful, kind attitudes and thoughtfulness of our merchants. Please come to the event with a positive and flexible attitude. Aggressive behavior, profanity, or actions that may cause animosity toward others will result in removal from the event without a refund.

16.   No Refunds for Ejection: Anyone ejected from the event for any reason will not receive a refund.

17.   Food Availability: Some locations will have food for sale on-site, but feel free to pack a lunch. Vendors are also responsible for cleaning up their area.

18.   Assigned Locations: Organizers will assign tour and booth locations. Please check in with the event manager to receive your assigned location.

19.   Compliance: All vendors must agree to comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and conditions set forth by the host location, the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, the City of Sultan, the Sultan Police Department, and the Snohomish County Fire District #5.

In consideration of acceptance of this application, the vendor agrees to save and hold harmless the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, event host locations, the City of Sultan, the Sultan Police Department, and the Snohomish County Fire District #5 (including all officers, employees, and agents), from any injury or loss/damage, including theft, to any persons or property caused by the operation of the applicant’s unit in connection with the Ho-Ho Holiday activities. The vendor also agrees to defend said agencies and the City from any claims for such damage.

Please sign at the bottom of the vendor application to acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Rules are subject to change without notice.
