Termes et conditions

  • Tous les vendeurs doivent s'engager à respecter les règles, règlements, politiques et conditions établis par le groupe de travail Gold Dust Days, la chambre de commerce de Sky Valley, la ville de Gold Bar, le département du shérif du comté de Snohomish et le district d'incendie du comté de Snohomish n° 26. 

 

  • Les agents de sécurité ou d'application de la loi de Gold Dust Days retireront de l'événement toute personne ne respectant pas les règles, réglementations, politiques et conditions énoncées ou toute personne ne coopérant pas avec les coordinateurs de l'événement et / ou les forces de l'ordre locales. Toute personne expulsée de l'événement pour quelque raison que ce soit ne sera pas remboursée.

 

  • En contrepartie de l'acceptation de cette demande, le vendeur s'engage à protéger et à dégager de toute responsabilité le groupe de travail des vendeurs de Gold Dust Days, tous les sponsors de Gold Dust Days, la chambre de commerce de Sky Valley, la ville de Gold Bar, le département du shérif du comté de Snohomish, District d'incendie du comté de Snohomish n° 26  (y compris tous les agents, employés et agents des agences mentionnées ci-dessus), de toute blessure ou perte / dommage, y compris le vol de personnes ou de biens causés par le fonctionnement de l'unité du demandeur en relation avec les activités de Gold Dust Days et accepte en outre de défendre ledit agences et la Ville de toute réclamation pour de tels dommages.

PARTICIPANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

  • Make application and payment online at SkyValleyChamber.com or Mail Form and Check to                                            Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce,

Attn: Return of the Salmon Celebration, P.O. Box 46, Sultan, WA  98294,

Before Friday, September 4, 2026. 

  • If applicable, recovery charges of $35 will be collected for each returned check.

  • All booth requests will be honored to the best of our ability on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • The Return of the Salmon Celebration hours of operation are Saturday from 10:00 am to 4 pm. Set up is from 8-9:45 am. All vendors/information tables are asked to have booths set up Saturday morning and vehicles removed to designated vendor parking at the Sultan Middle School lot by 9:45 am. Please be courteous to others and have your vehicle unloaded and moved as quickly as possible.  You may be asked to move your vehicle if it is blocking traffic or others. 

  • All booths must remain set up until 4:00 pm, when we close the event—this includes information-only booths.

  • All vendors, please include a list of proposed items to be sold in your booth with your application. Be specific and include everything you plan to sell. Anything not on your inventory list may be subject to removal.

  • Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and loud music are not allowed in the vicinity of your booth.

  • Booths and contents remain your responsibility. 

  • All participants are to provide their chairs, tables, and displays. No pop-ups under the covered area.

  • All participants must agree to comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and conditions set forth by the Return of the Salmon Celebration Committee, Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, City of Sultan, Sultan Police Department, and Snohomish County Fire District #5.

  • In consideration of the acceptance of this application, the vendor agrees to save and hold harmless the Return of the Salmon Celebration Committee, all event sponsors, the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, the City of Sultan, the Sultan Police Department, Snohomish County Fire District #5 (including all officers, employees, and agents for the above-mentioned agencies), from any injury, or loss/damage, including theft to any persons or property caused by operation of applicant’s unit in connection with Return of the Salmon Celebration activities, and further agrees to defend said agencies and City from any claims for such damage.

  • Please sign the bottom of the vendor application acknowledging that you have read these rules and regulations and you agree to abide by them. Rules are subject to change without notice.
